Chick-fil-A Ingleside is seeking a Marketing professional to lead the marketing and advertising at our restaurant.
The Marketing Director works closely with the Owner/Operator and leadership team to effectively execute local marketing strategies to increase sales and involvement in the community.
The Restaurant Marketing Director must understand, support and integrate Chick-fil-A's values and mission statement in each event, promotion and campaign.
At the beginning of this role, the Restaurant Marketing Director will work approximately 20 hours in the marketing function and 20 hours in daily operations to better understand how marketing efforts impacts different dynamics of the operations.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Develop & execute a yearly marketing plan.
Constantly generates and executes new ways to advertise to our target markets.
Develop a Marketing team.
Be an advocate of the Chick-fil-A brand by communicating in a professional manner to grow the restaurant.
Actively engage in store marketing opportunities including ensuring POP and promo pieces are current, maintaining the community board, sampling and Kids Night events.
Actively engage in outside marketing opportunities including managing all off-site catering locations and events, developing long-term relationships with the community and generating catering orders.
Work closely with operational leaders, communicating proactively to make sure they are prepared with food, supplies and staffing to deliver great experiences.
Maintains all marketing material including the cow mascots and catering van.
Manage all donation and fundraiser request.
Work approx 15 to 20 per week within restaurant operations.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
