Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) as needed.
Look for changes in residents' day and personal care needs and update their personal Resident Care Plan.
Encourage resident participation in scheduled programs and activities.

First Aid and CPR certified.
Certified in medication administration per state specific requirements.
Certified as Certified Nursing Assistant where required by state regulations.
