Greet customers and assist them with their order.
Answer phone calls and emails.
Process orders in a timely manner.
Maintain a clean and inviting environment.
Handle customer concerns, questions, and complaints in a polite and professional manner.
Provide a full range of service offerings (i.

, cleaning, mops, towels, seat covers, seat covers for waiting area, linens, pillows, etc.
) Ensure that the store is stocked with everything customers may need or want.
Perform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor.
Skills:
Sales experience preferred but not required.
Customer service orientation is a must.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and stay organized.
Must be able to work weekends and some holidays (not including Christmas).
