The Role:

Create and refine documentation that is engaging, accessible, and adheres to all relevant standards.
Champion Quality:
Develop comprehensive quality management processes, tools, and procedures to drive excellence and integrity across multiple programs.
Collaborate and Create:
Partner with subject matter experts to translate knowledge into top-notch user guides, training manuals, and visual aids.
Drive Process Improvement:
Analyze existing workflows to identify opportunities to optimize quality control checks and enhance program coordination.
Your
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related fields.
Minimum 8 years of demonstrated success in technical writing, quality assurance review, and graphics development, with healthcare experience essential.
Experience in a government contracting environment:
Highlights familiarity with the unique workflows, standards, and regulations involved in government contracts.
Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in relevant software.
Impeccable writing and editing abilities, ensuring clarity and consistency.
Highly organized and communicative.
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Additional Desirable Skills/
Qualifications:
Knowledge of healthcare industry standards, regulations, and quality initiatives.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, Project) and Adobe.
Ability to obtain a Federal Public Trust clearance.
