The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all operations of the pet hotel, including managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a leadership role, the veterinary hospitality industry, as well as strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel and pet care.
Ensure that the hotel meets its financial targets by implementing strategies to increase occupancy and services.
Maintain a high level of customer service.
Ensure that all hotel policies and procedures are followed.
Recruit, train, and manage staff.
Develop and implement marketing plans to promote the hotel.
Manage budgets and monitor expenses.
