Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in the daycare center - Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development - Supervise children during playtime, mealtime, and naptime - Assist with behavior management and discipline when necessary - Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding their child's progress - Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the daycare facility Requirements:
- Previous experience in caregiving, babysitting, or nannying preferred - Familiarity with behavior management techniques for children - Ability to work well with students of different ages and backgrounds - Strong classroom management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - High school diploma or equivalent required We offer competitive pay and a supportive work environment.
