Market Analysis Manager

Erickson Living is currently one of the largest senior housing developers and managers in the United States and ideally positioned for continued growth with almost 2 billion to spend in new construction over the next five years. We are expanding and developing in all of our 20 communities which will reinforce our position as a national leader in senior housing and health care services.
This rapid growth requires us to look for a Market Analysis Manager who will play a key role at Erickson Living by providing all data support and analysis for the evaluation of business opportunities including ground up developments, acquisitions, expansions at existing campuses and new product/service offerings.
Market Analysis Manager Responsibilities will Include:
Analyze market demographics to provide insight into the potential for market demand at varying pricing/positioning levels and for different care needs.
Manage and/or support consumer insights/market research studies specifically focused on understanding market dynamics for new opportunities (development, acquisition, product offerings, etc.),
Develop a profile of other products in the marketplace including the competitive set to understand their offering, pricing and positioning.
The gathering of data and information that will be the basis for the company?s assessment on whether or not to proceed with the development, acquisition or expansion opportunity, as well as the recommendation for key project attributes including: initial pricing, product and service offering or improvements, market positioning, etc.
Provide regular analysis of local economic indicators in our current and prospective markets, such as real estate market trends, employment growth, unemployment rates, etc.

o Bachelor degree in Business, Research, Economics or related field required.
o Minimum of 5 years of experience in market analysis field or a mix of quantitative and qualitative market research experience. Preferred background in the real estate, senior living, healthcare, or related industry.
o MBA preferred but not required.
o Ability to run, oversee and interpret both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies including but not limited to: focus groups, conjoint analyses, online panel surveys, etc.
o Ability to travel and quickly assimilate into potential markets that are being analyzed.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
