Marketing Research Analyst

Erickson Living is currently one of the largest senior housing developers and managers in the United States and ideally positioned for continued growth with almost 2 billion to spend in new construction over the next five years. We are expanding and developing in all of our 20 communities which will reinforce our position as a national leader in senior housing and health care services. This growth requires a versatile marketing analyst experienced in both qualitative and quantitative research to help plan, design, analyze and execute a variety of market research initiatives. This person will support ongoing research initiatives and ad hoc research efforts including but not limited to: brand tracking, advertising testing, product research, competitive analysis, market segmentation, customer experience and customer insights.
Marketing Research Analyst Job Responsibilities:
Assist with traditional and digital research approaches including: focus groups (online and in-person), surveys (online and in-person), and one-on-one in-depth interviews.
Establish strong working relationships with other departments to understand and identify their needs for market intelligence.
Assist with primary and secondary market research - both qualitative and quantitative. Duties include but are not limited to (90%):
o Developing research plans
o Programming and checking online surveys
o Conducting individual interviews and/or focus groups
o Managing panels
o Analyzing research results
o Drafting reports and presentations and suggesting implications of research findings.

Bachelor degree in Business, Research, Communications or related field required.
Minimum two years experience in business analysis and/or market research
Familiarity with a mix of qualitative and quantitative research tools and techniques and their proper applications, including basic statistical analysis

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
