Established in the Baltimore area in 2008, Little Red Car ABA Services LLC is a small, friendly, clinician run company, providing quality in-home and community-based ABA services to children and young people with Autism Spectrum Disorders and their families. We specialize in delivering research-based skill acquisition programs including communication, play, social skills, leisure skills, academics, self-help, and independence, while addressing challenging behaviors functionally using positive behavioral supports.
Our mission for our clients is to promote personal growth, encourage positive, meaningful relationships and create the foundation for future success across all facets of life (home, school and community). Our client-centered approach ensures that programs are designed to meet the individual needs of each student.
Our office base is in Catonsville, Maryland but we serve clients in Baltimore, Baltimore County, Howard County, Harford County, and North Anne Arundel County.
Job Details
We have full and part time opportunities for energetic and compassionate BCBAs. You will need your BCBA and be licensed to practice in Maryland. If you don't yet have your Maryland license you can work in a supervised clinical role for a short period while you obtain it.
Part time

  • Conduct intake assessments, curriculum-based assessments, and functional behavior assessments

  • Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans using robust data systems

  • Comply with insurance company reporting standards for initial and ongoing treatment plan authorizations

  • Train RBTs, behavior technicians, and caregivers to implement intervention plans with fidelity

  • Comply with BACB standards and insurance requirements for supervision of BCaBA and RBT therapists

  • Provide 1:1 services to clients

  • Manage your team of RBTs

  • Collaborate with the other BCBAs on our team and mentor junior staff members

  • Be eager to learn and grow as a behavior analyst and supervisor

  • Be honest about your knowledge and skills and reach out for support when needed

  • Maintain a sunny disposition with families and supervisees

  • Maintain the highest standard of ethical and professional behavior Have a "can do" attitude

  • Maintain your BCBA certification and Maryland Licensure


  • Extensive experience working with children diagnosed with Autism using interventions based in the science of behavior

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst

  • Maryland License to Practice ABA (or eligible to obtain one)

Candidates for BCBA certification may join us in a technician position while completing their certification and licensure requirements.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
