Sr. Compensation Analyst

Erickson Living is seeking candidate for a Sr. Compensation Analyst position at our Corporate offices. The Sr. Compensation Analyst will assist in developing, implementing, and providing analytical expertise in the design, development, and implementation of all compensation strategies and programs for the organization, including the merit/base pay program and all value plans.
  • Participate and analyze industry specific and general market surveys to ensure competitive market position of salaries.
  • Performs job description evaluation and analysis maintaining the integrity of the compensation structure. Assists, as needed, with job description writing and updates, with consultation to HR Business Partners in assessing the manager s talent needs.
  • Maintain market analysis database.
  • Maintain HRIS compensation structure.
  • Performs comprehensive analyses and makes recommendations on salary/wage management.
  • Conducts market research and/or performs desk audits to analyze job responsibilities.
  • Supports the design, development, and implementation initiatives that support organization effectiveness strategies by conducting research, drafting content and correspondence for new and/or revised structures, programs or initiatives.
  • Subject matter resource, end-user support, and IT liaison for the merit / bonus module. Document requirements, recommend efficiency and process improvements, test, and train on module enhancements. Develops tools, guidelines and communications for annual increase and incentive cycle.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor s degree required with a minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience required, preferably in the compensation field.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required, to include intermediate Excel, Word and Power Point.
  • CCP Preferred but not required


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
