Business Analyst Team Lead

The Business Analyst Team Lead is a senior technologist who has taken on a leadership role within the department. This specific Business Analyst Team Lead will support Erickson Living's "Signature Dining Program" and the overall dining services business line. In June, our IT Organization was honored by

HOW YOU WILL IMPACT THE TEAM:

  • Focus on developing best practices and standards to be followed by IT Business Analysts, provide internal consulting and contribute to overall IT departmental functional capabilities' growth.
  • Partner with end users and business line leaders to understand and engineer process, define system scope and objectives, analyze end user requirements for assigned projects. Conduct thorough testing of related application metrics that validate project scope, outcomes, and business line improvements.
  • Serve as "Project Manager" for mid-sized projects.
  • Lead Business Analysts, Technical Analysts and cross functional project teams through process improvement opportunities for assigned business line.

WHAT WE REQUIRE:

  • BS/BA in Information Systems, Senior Business Analysis or related field required or a minimum of 7 years in related/similar industry experience. Graduate degree preferred.
  • Healthcare and/or CCRC experience a plus.
  • Certifications in reporting, process engineering and analysis a plus.
  • Lean Six Sigma a plus.
  • 2-5 years of leading a team of analysts.


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
