Erickson Living is currently one of the largest senior housing developers and managers in the United States and ideally positioned for continued growth. We are expanding and developing in all of our 20 communities, which will reinforce our position as a national leader in senior housing and health care services. This growth requires a strong corporate talent acquisition team to manage the community senior leadership recruitment needs for all 20 communities.
We currently have a job opening for a Corporate Recruiter who will report into the Senior Recruiter and assist with the recruitment of non- clinical leadership positions within the communities. The Corporate Recruiter will work with our regional and corporate partners to build relationships and identify their needs. This will enable the Corporate Recruiter to effectively source, screen and refer qualified candidates for their key leadership positions in a timely manner.
Corporate Recruiter Job Responsibilities:
  • Position themselves as a business partner with our corporate leadership team to identify staffing needs, job specifications, qualifications, and skills.
  • Source top-level talent through online internet resources, employee referrals, job boards, and job postings.
  • Develop and maintain a network of passive candidates through various recruiting sources.
  • Manage applicants through the interview process with hiring managers to ensure there is communication and follow up.
  • Make appropriate referrals to hiring managers to further screen/interview candidates for open positions.
  • Write job postings that will effectively promote the job opportunity and attract applicants.
  • Ability to think outside of the box and develop recruitment strategies to effectively identify talent and reduce the length of time to fill open positions.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Must have a minimum of two years of full cycle recruiting experience.
  • Experience recruiting in hospitality and/or operations experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in using an applicant tracking system to manage the recruitment process.
  • Must have experience sourcing candidates through various internet resources: LinkedIn and Indeed etc..


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
