Internet Sales Manager-Heritage Mazda Catonsville


Heritage Mazda Subaru Volkswagen of Catonsville, a MileOne company, is growing and hiring dedicated Internet Sales Managers to assist our growing customer base.

Summary:

The Internet Sales Manager's (ISM) primary responsibility is to drive traffic to the sales floor from leads that are generated through a variety of websites, including Heritage/MileOne, OEM and 3rd party. After the initial reply, ISM's manage the life of the lead working with the Sales Team and Sales Managers to satisfy our customers transportation needs.

Responsibilities/Expectations:

  • Responding to leads via Email, Phone and text promptly with a compelling message specific to each inquiry.
  • Constant follow-up using the customer's preferred means of communication (Phone, Email, Text).
  • Set and confirm appointments for and with the Salespeople.
  • Manage lead flow/volume to specific Salespeople based on closing ratios and abilities.
  • Train and Coach Salespeople on Product Knowledge, Process, and proper replies with effective follow up.
  • Keep a constant focus on providing an excellent customer experience.

Job Requirements

  • Able to follow a process and ask for the appointment and sale.
  • Confidence and persistence on the phone.
  • In depth knowledge of New and Used vehicle products, warranty and inventory.
  • Associates degree or bachelor's degree, preferred
  • Gain or maintain state sales license
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
  • Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency and general mathematic skills
  • Valid driver's license with no more than two violations in 3 years

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
